JERRY'S PLAINS RECREATION RESERVE

Public BBQ

Jerry's Plains Recreation Reserve offers a practical overnight stop with well-maintained facilities including clean flush toilets, BBQ areas, and a dump point for caravans. The level camping ground accommodates multiple vehicles and features a children's playground. While conveniently located just 90 metres from RobinHood Tavern for meals and 300 metres from a service station, the site's proximity to Golden Highway means consistent traffic noise throughout the night. Camping is limited to two nights with donations welcomed. Evening visitors often spot kangaroos in the adjacent paddock, adding charm to this no-frills stopover that serves travelling families well despite the highway soundtrack.
